The New Zealand Principals' Federation publish a range of publications and material for members.
The regular and formal communications include the Principal Matters, an email newsletter, and The Federation's full colour magazine, produced quarterly.
Principal Matters is intended to keep members updated on issues and activities of the organisation and to provide notices of coming events and information of relevance to principals and their schools.
The New Zealand Principal magazine is the organisation's quarterly magazine and covers recent research relevant to leaders and schools, and regular columns on current issues and rural school life. Each issue profiles a school principal and includes both an editorial and President's column.
