The NZPF organisational structure comprises two major teams, each with two national issues providing focus. These are the Operations/Relations Team – issues around Special Education and Extreme/Challenging Behaviour, and the Professional/Leadership Team – issues around Professional Leadership, Standards, Assessment and Reporting.
