At the New Zealand Principals’ Federation, our vision is to be the leading voice and advocate for principals across Aotearoa, New Zealand.

We strive to drive positive change and foster excellence in educational leadership. With a clear focus on the betterment of education, we are committed to ensuring that principals have a strong professional voice and are well-supported in their vital roles.

    Leanne Otene and Jason Miles visited the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership in Melbourne, Monday 1st September.They were most impressed with the leadership development opportunities - for aspiring through to experienced principals - available at the Academy in Melbourne and at the various satellites across Victoria. The PLD aligned closely with our own NZPF Leadership Sustainability Roadmap.NZPF continues to advocate for a Leadership Centre in New Zealand and is encouraged that our Minister will be visiting the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership in the near future. ...
